Doing a little brush clearing today and when I finished I noticed the bucket (NH factory install) would not go all the way back - it stops about 3" on the shaft from where it used to stop. I checked fluids and greased all points but the bucket will still not rotate all the way up - any ideas? Also noticed the bucket and assembly does not move as quickly as it used to. First time I've had this problem and could use some help - any ideas out there?

I'll bet one of the couplers on the bucket cylinder circuit is not fully connected. Shut off the tractor and relieve the pressure by moving the joystick right to left and up and down a couple times. Check the couplers and re-connect any that have come undone from being snagged by a limb. Probably is the bucket cylinder rod end hose if you can identify that one.

I'll check it today and get back with you. Strange it works but doesn't have full range of motuon like before. We'll see...

If all quick connects are seated and problem continues; swap the quick connect outlets and see if it will completely curl on other circuit. This will tell you if it is cylinder or spool valve problem.

Welcome to TBN :D! I agree with all the posts. Check to see if a piece of brush is hidden and hung up in the FEL mounts. I was doing a lot of dirt/clay moving and noticed that I did not have full range of motion with the FEL the next day although the FEL recycled within normal limits. Upon examination of the FEL system I discovered a plug of clay/rock that inhibited full range of motion. I now hose down the tractor after working in mud. Jay

Man-o-man you guys are good!!! The problem was as you said it could be - a coupling had come loose. Couldn't and didn't see it at first but when I started jiggling the couplings one fell out of the connection. Thanks to all that responded - that's two times this forum has saved me time and money. Kudos to all!!!!
