Tires TC33d - Front tires change out

My front tires seem to be going flat more often, possibly due to too many thorns. They are also showning some cracking in the sides and in the treads. So they are going to need replacement soon.
Now for my question, in looking at the spec's for the turf tires that I currently have and R4's, all the numbers seem to be the same. Would it be save to replace the front turfs with R4's? I know if the R4's were a different size, it would be a no-go, but the sizing numbers seem to be the same.

That's my understanding. I would like to get turfs for the front of mine instead of my R4's. Same rim.
Rears are of course different (and way expensive)
