I acquired a TC33d in parts and am putting together. I don't see any marks on the hydraulic manifold diverter to indicate line routing loader valve. From what I can tell the top plug is for power-beyond, the middle more forward plug is return and the bottom plug is pressure?

Also, is the plug on the bottom a place to pressure test the system?

The 'plug' on the bottom is the pressure relief valve.

You may be correct on the line ID.
The pressure port will supply oil if you remove it and crank the engine if the diverter valve is oriented correctly.
The return will drain oil from the transmission reservoir if it is full and the plug is removed.
The third is the PB.
You can also air test the return and PB with a rubber tipped blow gun. Unseat the dipstick before doing this.

Thanks for the tips. I realize the large plug is the pressure valve, I was wondering about the small one (about 1/8" pipe)?

It seems like my system has real low pressure. The pressure spring and valve in the manifold seem free and working... going to have to go to the back of tractor to see if a valve is stuck open there

I'm posting this page to help you, but you should realize all the functions do not apply to your system because this is from a tractor size larger than yours with a hydraulic PTO clutch/brake. The parts shown as #2 in th top diagram is a diverter valve that is used only on the larger tractor. Your hydraulic pump output will go directly to your system diverter and relief valve (#1 in the diagram). This diagram is shown with no loader attached (called forward remotes in the description). It does tell you the functions of ports marked 7,8, & 10. The tiny connection you asked about is just called a "plug" in the lower diagram (#7).
