I installed mine myself so I only paid for the parts. The cost was $253. I have attached a copy of the receipt with the part number on it.

That is very interesting! My dealer quoted me about $450 for the first rear remote kit. Is the receipt you posted the parts that make up the kit or the kit plus some other parts?
I has been impossible to justify $450 for a hydraulic valve no matter how well it fits the fender!
At $250, it is doable.

The rear remote only list for 250.00 so at 450.00 your dealer is taking advantage of you big time.

Well, they can keep it at that price and I will find either another dealer or a place to order it on-line.
