TC33D Starter bolt lost inside

Bytheway, I found a wire almost rubbed through just behind the alternator. Probably my problem all along, after a new key switch, Glow plug timer and this starter relay upgrade. Should stick to old number 9.

I thought I had lost the top bolt when I replaced my starter but it had pushed out behind the bell housing. I had to remove some of the cowling/dashboard and there it was.

You are right on the mark Keony. That is exactly what happened to me. I'm embarrassed to admit it but it was there the whole time, just out of sight. the sound it made, I would swear in a court of law that it fell inside.

Unfortunately my starting problem still is happening. The starter relay did not fix my issue. Adding a separate ground to the dash didn't work either.

Well, that's a deep subject... The old blue is finally running!! The stud is not hitting anything and we are back up with no issues, other than an intermittent delay in starting still. Thanks to all, I really do appreciate all the help with this!
I think the starting issue might be the brand new glow plug relay. It wants to wait the 5 seconds, then wait about a minute and try it again and it will start.
