I used the tractor on Sunday and went to try and start it on Tuesday and no luck. It has been really cold here so I thought it might be a gelling issue with the fuel. Replaced the fuel filter and bleed the line out and everything seemed to flow very well. Pulled off one of the injector lines and turned it over and no fuel. Talked to the dealer and they suggested that the fuel shutoff solenoid might be bad (unitl now I didn't know the tractor had one of those). So I bought and put a new one on and still no luck. I looked through the manual and the wiring diagram looks like there is a relay in the circuit that I am wonder if that is bad. Can I use a meter and test if the solenoid is even getting power by just putting one end of the meter in the plug and using the frame as a ground? I have also had some issues shutting the tractor off and needed to toggle the key/switch several times. I didn't think much of it at the time but now I am wondering if that has something to do with what I am seeing now. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated? Don't know a whole lot about diesels/tractors but this TC33DA is starting to make me learn...
