I'm rather new to this whole tractorin' thing, but I'd be willing to bet most will say that sounds on the high side.
I don't know the value of the last two lines, maybe that helps.
In any case, I would think you don't need to worry about jumping on that deal; if it doesn't last it shouldn't be hard to equal/beat (even in my area - New England, where prices are significantly higher than most of the country - there's a well established & large dealer with a regular price of $21,650 for a TC35DA thats hydro tranny, loaded R4s, a 16LA FEL & 72" heavy duty bucket, work light and block heater, etc., don't know what they'd want for a '33 but it'd probably be much more than $300 less)...
Take your time and look around, get familiar with the equipment you're interested in and their prices. If a genuine deal comes along, you'll know it.
