TC35D 3PH extremely weak; first off, hydraulic fluid has been checked; just replaced both hydraulic filters (HST). The 3PH has been intermitent at times as far as having issues, symptoms were slow to raise, raising and lowering (pulsing as it goes up), not raising to full height. Without any implements the 3PH will raise at a reasonable rate to full height but with a box blade or mower it will not even budge abit. I have inspected the relief diverter valve and replaced O-ring (it all seemed fine) in fact i added a new thin shim (50 PSI increase) {learned this on other threads} I do not own gages (not a hydraulics kinda guy). The PTO works as well as hydrostatic steering so it would seem the pump is in good shape. I actually replaced it about 150 hrs ago. Please feel free to weigh in, I'm at a loss. Thanks!
