Trouble raising mower with the 3PT. Usually the engine (hydraulics) has to warm up before it will raise at all and then it is very slow. In addition it may raise partially and then lower on its own. I installed a rebuilt Hyd pump last season due to the same reason. What is baffling is that sometimes it will work perfectly?

FYI- the flow control knob stem under the seat broke in half several years ago. I can push in hard on it and it seems I can force the other broken part of the screw somewhat. I have it adjusted just right because I can box blade quite well (when the hydraulics decide to cooperate???)
Anybody no how this broken stem can be replaced? It not as simple as it sounds.
