Price Check TC35D pricing

Hi Everybody,

This is my first posting here. I have been very impressed with this site for the short time I have been watching. I kind of have my heart set on a New Holland TC35D. I was recently at a local fair where I saw a New Holland Dealer. After convincing my girlfriend to take a look (she is sick of looking at tractors) I went over to get a quote. The price I was given was $17,500 with 6.8% financing. The tractor was equipped with 16LA loader and heavy duty bucket. This price was by far the best but I wanted to get everybody's opion here.

Also, is there a thread for how to convince a significant other that a tractor is a neccessity?

wantatractor, That is a pretty good price, one of the best I've heard. But, just for good measure, was it used at the fair(has a few hours on it??) What tires?

If your opting for the FEL, look into getting the brush guard too.
The D model is great! I love mine.

I was quoted higher than this, but hadn't got down to brass tacks on things like trade.

The interest rate from NH is differant depending on term, I was quoted 4.9% for 72 months

grainger, I've got right at 140hrs on it and I've got the R4's tires.

Ours has just under 170 hrs,R4 tires and seems to be a real handy size. We have several others around here and this looks to do alot for its size,round bales,square bales,mow,very efficient to run as well.Only a couple of small glithces, but our local dealer is very good.
