TC40 and the WR lONG 3rd function kit

So I picked up the kit and ran into a few snags. It will not mount where they say it will if you have a Woods backhoe(even if tell them you have one they say it will mount up per instructions,it doesnt)

this is where they want you to mount it, on the rear roll bar mount bolt as you can see to much there and not enough room.





I ended up having to mount it under the seat pan. as seen below





The second issue is the joystick they send does not mount up to the NH Stock joystick that is installed on my machine so I ended up dremeling out the original and got the switch to mount in it

Other than that it works out pretty nice and I really like being able to use the grapple

Hi, by adding the one button on the loader joystick, did you lose the shift-on-the-go (the Hi-Lo Rabbit/Turtle) function that the new holland has?

It was not an active feature on my tractor. So I didn't lose any functionality. Not sure if the joystick that came with the unit would even support that turtle rabbit feature..

On my tractor it's extremely handy to have that control right at my thumb.

Dry happy with the unit. Still going strong
