Evening Bob! You can indeed use a MMM with a BH using a sub-frame. Only you'll need to remove all the MMM attachments every time you want to use the BH. Not easy and not advisable.
A RFM is quicker to mount and will give you a nice cut if your set on a BH with a sub-frame mount. BTW There are 3-point mounted backhoes, but I'm not recommending one to you.

Went thru this a couple years ago myself. I actually ordered my TC40D with 84" mmm, 16LA loader and 758C backhoe. When the dealer was assembling the tractor attachments he found the rear brackets for the midmount mower interfered with subframe of the backhoe. He contacted New Holland because the literature says everything was compatible but the factory confirmed otherwise. I did not want a 3pt backhoe hook up so I opted for the Landpride 84" RFM. The rear finish mower is easier to hook up and trimming in tight areas although you have to be careful of the extra swing when turning. I don't know about Kubota but John Deere does make a similar size tractor which is compatable for all three components. They use a different system for their backhoe hook up. I didn't like the 10 series when I was looking to buy a tractor but I saw the new 20 series at a fair last fall and it looked like they redesigned some of the attachment points that were of concern to me. I'd check with New Holland, maybe they addressed the issue of compatability but Iwas told there wasn't a great demand for mmm and backhoe setup combinations on this size tractor (either one or the other). The tractor did look awesomne with the mmm attached though. I wish I took a picture of it when it was on. Best of luck.

If you are still considering the Woods "4 point Hitch" subframe, it migh tbe worth asking them about mower compatibility. I ssem to recall reading that the Wods subframe was compatible with mid-mount mowers, but I can't find that reference right now.
