The tractor and loader is a good deal. You are not getting hosed.

I don't know about the mower and blade.

Looks like a good deal to me. Back in Feb of 2003, we paid $22,300 for our TC40D, SS, R4s, 1 rear remote, grill guard, service manuals, 17LA loader with QA. Our dealer last weekend said that the same setup today would sell for $25,600. Hope that helps.
