TC45D super steer when in either auto or full time FWD, the front wheels do not engage when rear wheels loose traction. When the lever to left of seat is pulled up, the front wheels engage just fine. In reading through other posts, it may be the Hydro level in the clutch, I am checking that as soon as I finish this post. Thanks for the help!

Have you checked to make sure the auto/on demand lever is actually moving the lever on the clutch? There isn't much travel in the clutch lever and if your SS cable needs some adjustment or the spring has been stretched it may not be engaging properly.

The easiest way to check is to move the auto/on demand lever to the forward position. Then go to the front clutch and push the bottom of the lever towards the rear of the tractor. If you are able to move the lever even slightly, your SS cable needs to be adjusted.
