What is the easiest/cleanest way for me to add a hydraulic line to my NH tc45d for an angle on a front blade (universal QA)

My personal favorite is to add a hydraulic remote and run hoses (1/4" small ones) up to the location of the loader quick connects. Put in quick connects there and run the hoses the rest of the way along the arms as the loader lines run. Install quick-connects on the loader's torque-tube cross member so you can easily attach your front blade hydraulics.

The second good way is to install an electric diverter valve in the curl line of the loader. From the diverter, you have the bucket curl on one circuit and then put hoses on the other to go to forward as above. Then you add an electrical momentary switch/button to your joystick that energizes the diverter to divert fluid to the blade. It's a little more complex than the extra hydraulic remote, but many would say it is more convenient also.

I like the remote valve because it can be disconnected at the rear connections and used for a 3PH implement that uses hydraulics like a log splitter. It's really your choice because both are elegant solutions that will add value and convenience to your tractor.

Thank you Jim
Please excuse my stupidity, but with the remote how do I actually drive the blade right and left? Where is the lever or mechanism that I physically push to cause the fluid to flow to the right/left cylinders?

When you add rear remotes each one has it's own lever on the side of your seat. You'd just have to get used to forward=left back=right . If you don't have any rear remotes yet I recommend at least 2 -- 1 is never enough.

As Mike said, you can never get too many remotes. Actually, your tractor can have up to three remotes. They come in a kit with full instructions for installation and $500 to $700 each. The first is the most expensive. In the first photo below, you can see me installing remotes on my tractor. They come out on each side of the 3PH toplink.

In the 2nd photo, you can see the three remote levers on the right side console in addition to the 3PH lift control and Joystick. They are self-centering valves and pushing/pulling as Mike indicated will control the direction of a double acting valve. In case you don't know what a double-acting (DA) valve is, your loader valves are DA because they can be driven in two directions. Some valves are single-acting (SA) valves because they can only be powered in one direction and require gravity or some other force to collapse the cylinder when pressure is removed.
