IF THE TRACTOR SITS FOR TWO DAYS ARE MORE THE BATTERY GOES DEAD. GOT A NEW BATTERY AND NO HELP. JUMP THE TRACTOR OFF RUNS ALL DAY ALTERNATOR IS PUTTING OUT GOOD VOLTS. ANY SUGESTIONS ON WERE TO START LOOKING?

If the tractor sets outside in the rain i would look at the light switch or flashers . It is just a guess but i had a problem with my tc40d one time when it rained a few days on the tractor it wouldnt start. When i charged the battery it was fine till it rained on it agian then i caught the flashers working. Like i said just a guess i never investigated the problem any further because it was kept in the dry from then on.

First, I'd look for obvious problems with the wiring and harnesses. Then, I'd disconnect the battery ground wire when I stopped using the tractor and let it sit for a couple of days. Hook up the battery after two days and try it. It could be the battery is not holding a charge even when disconnected.
If the battery holds a charge when disconnected, then the next thing I would do is to get amp meter and hook it inline. Leaving the ignition switch off, I'd pull all the fuses and put them back in one at a time until the battery started to show current drain. When it does, that is the circuit drawing current with the key off. Troubleshoot only that circuit to find your problem.
That's the method I'd use, but the initial visual check and proving the battery does not have an internal problem are the two most important first steps.

Edit: Oops, I see you said you got a new battery, so I'd go right to the isolation method with the fuses.

In addition tot he good advice jinman gave you, try disconnection the charge wire from the alternator witht he engine off... if the drain goes away.. the alt is in need or R or R.
( a test lamp in line with the bat cable and the battery will also show current drain as you do the fuse and alternator check. )
And yes.. you can have an alternator that charges fine.. but will discharge the battery when off.
