3-Point Hitch TC45DA 3pt lift lever

The hardest part of this job is getting the cotter key out/in. If you have remote hydraulics, its even harder because the valves are mounted right below the castle nut. Once you get the key out and the nut adjusted, you might consider replacing the key with a "hairpin" style pin so you can easily extract it next time you want to make a tension adjustment.

You guys are givin' me the big head.:) My dealer told me it could be done, but I figured it out for myself and am so happy I did. I can't imagine anyone who has ever used a tractor who would set that nut so tight that the lever just jumps, but that's the way they all seem to come from the factory. Somebody needs to "adjust" that guy's/gal's way of thinking.
