So I finally got it all hocked up and some questions I don't know the answers too....
1. I have 3 hoses at the BH7500, 1 comes each lower side of the control valve unit and one is plumbed out of the top right looking at it from the operators seat, on the TC45DA I have a continues power loop from the loader (so 2 connections) that I close when the backhoe is not attached always giving power, and a return (I think) that is on the valve in the wheelwell... So how is it hooked up ??? Do the 2 bottom of the control block connectors hock up to the always on power from the loader valve, and the return ? go to the one in the rear wheel well ? or some other combination ? .... I tried some they all seems to work except losing massive amounts of hydraulic fluid due to bad lines...
replacing lines as we speak I mean type, 5 lines fit thru the boom, the 6th one is going to be hard the diameter of the replacement hoses is just slightly bigger.... might have to run last hose to closest cylinder semi direct....
