TC55 Recall

I got a recall notice yesterday on my TC55. The description is "The tractor may drive without operator intervention and/or not as the operator intended. This could result in great bodily injury or death." The fix is a new safety logic controller, neutral wire and shrink tube.

Anyone know of the exact situation where this might happen ?

Luckily mine is still in the shop so they can just fix this now to.
