Well I read the posts on this site all the time but never really needed anything but great info. Untill now. I rolled my tractor 2 times then it fell off a cliff 60 foot and then rolled 8 more times and landed in the creek on it's side. After all that I think all I need is tires and rims, two fenders and a roll bar/light. I hope. Anyone knows of some good tires and wheels for sell? My tractor was mint till now. I had 371 hours on it and you couldn't tell it from 20 hours.

Are you sure after all that happening there is minimal damage ? I would give it to the ins. carrier and have them drop off a replacement. ( your kidding about the 60' fall...... aren't you ? )

And I trust you weren't on it at the time? Agree with Joe, seems like more might have gotten twisted or cracked. Tell more!

Wow!
:welcome:

Care to share some pics with us? (we like pics :D )
Seems your dealer may be the best place to start for rims. Might be able to locate a dealer that has had to order different tires/rims for a customer and has extras on site.

What is the bolt pattern and diameter of the bolt pattern?

Maybe a good thing you were not belted in the seat, as I presume you didn't take the same ride as did your tractor.

What the heck happen? How did it get away from you? Glad you'll OK enough to be able to post. After describing your tractor over the 60' cliff....

Can you post some pictures, and we can help you determain what else might be damaged?

Southleedc, thank goodness you are okay. I agree with the others. If your tractor had a straight down fall with any sudden impact, you might have hidden hairline cracks in the running gear casing that might not show up at first, but would show up after a few hours of hard work. If you have homeowner's insurance or coverage of any kind on the tractor, I'd call my agent and at least get an adjuster to look at the tractor.

I'm a bit confused that you could have damage to your R4s from something violent enough to hurt a rubber tire and not do other damage to the main running gear. Even so, new fenders, rops, and tires with wheels is going to be $5000+. I think you will find very few people who would be willing to sell their oem tires/wheels on a tractor this size. Most of us decide on the tires we want when we buy our tractors and that's the ones we keep. The chance of your hooking up with someone who wants to sell their R4s and go to Ag tires is possible, but slim. I can't fault you for asking though.

Again, welcome to TBN, and thank goodness you are still with us.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for all the replies. I have been so busy that I forgot I posted this. I was looking for fenders thur google when I ran across my post. Well first thing, I found four A1 tires and wheels for it that only had 80hrs on them for $1500. That helped. I have staighten the metal I needed to right now to test it out. I have used it hard and so far so good. I had two guys I know check the engine out and they both said it was fine, well without tearing it down. We mearsured the cliff and it was 35 plus feet. I will post some pictures if I can. Also some before pictures of the tractor too. The left fender will not be replaced because it is tight but cracked. The right one is ready to fall off. I also found two R4 tires and wheels for $200! They are about 80% new with no rust. Now I need the rear rims for 18.4-24 R4 tires. Looks like I will have to buy them new. $489 ea. online. And along with the $1200 fender. I know now that the R4 tires hold better on dry ground than the R1's but the R1's do better when it's wet or muddy. But the R1's are hard on my yard. By the way it rolled over me once then throwed me back in it's path to go over me again. 1st one no problem. But the second time got me pretty good. But it could of been worst. No I did NOT have my seat belt on.

Wow! Everyone of us who operates a tractor should have that picture of your tractor laying in the water burned into our brains. Heck, it would make good wallpaper. You are so lucky to be alive and not to have much more damage to you and your tractor. God bless you! You must have thought you were at the end of your rope.
