The hydraulic portion of my brakes are not working consistently. One minute they work just fine the next time I put on the brakes the pedal goes to the floor after awhile they work just fine again. No leaks. I am guessing it is in the master cylinders. How do they work? Why are the two joined together and why do both sides fail attached the same time? What else could cause this problem? Hand break engages just fine when the brake pedals go to the floor
