Well I think I answered my own question... that for a cylinder to move to one side would need to have less pressure than the other side... pressure side vs a return to tank, but I'm thinking the 4 way valve does the pressure differential internally, no need for a direct return to tank. But the remaining pressure is enough for the 3 point, if needed.
BTW it looks like the returns are coming in from NH, it will be interesting to see how you folks do with Obama vs Clinton and if Huckabee even places. BG in Iowa
