Tell me about the Frontier RC1072 Rotary Cutter

Looking at buying this cutter. Read some horror threads on RC2072, but don't see any negative comments on the 1072. Please respond if you have any positive or negative experiences.

If I remember correctly, the 10 series is going to be lighter duty than the 20. What horror stories did you hear? I was considering the 2084 but went with the mx7 instead due to the heavier design.

What are you wanting to shred? Established pasture or recently cleared/neglected land?

I think this must be an isolated problem, because I haven't been able to find any other incidents where this has happened. I will be using it for established pasture and some ground that hasn't got a good strand of grass yet, but is covered with black berry bushes and less than 1 in. saplings. We are going to drill it again this fall
