My B7500 temp gauge also stays around the "C". I know that it works okay though, because when
I mowed a few weeks ago, I noticed that it was close to the "H". I thought "hmm.." and kept
mowing. Then started to smell antifreeze; looked at the gauge and was almost at the top.
Stopped the engine, and saw anti-freeze/steam spewing out of a hose pointing down from the
bottom of the engine.
Pulled out the metal mesh filter in front of the radiator - it was clogged right up with debris.
Cleaned off the filter, let the engine cool off, refilled the radiator, and it's stayed at the normal
"C" since then.
I always make sure to clean off the mesh filter when I'm done now.
