I needed a temporary office to work from while continuing to work on the house / property. The commute was killing me. Being able to have a desk, my machines and a phone on the property is a huge time savings.
I'm in the software / information security industry and am building the house and developing the property in my spare time. Those with construction skills will easily see where my skills are lacking (especially sheetrock hanging, taping and mudding -- I HATE IT and will contract that out!).
The plan is to fully finish it with trim, moldings, etc. I wanted to keep it on skids, because this location is just convenient for construction, then later on I can use the building for something else and move it to that location.
I wanted to share the steps of the building process as well as a summary of the costs up to the current point, which is wrapped and roofed -- no siding or inside trim as of yet.
The link below is to the video (about 185 MB's). Let me know if the video isn't working.

(Sorry for the terrible music, it was a default)
This is the summary of costs up to this point.

The air conditioner listed in the summary is a 12,000 Btu Pioneer ductless system.
Now, at least I have a nice controlled environment to sit and work, and in just a few minutes can be outside enjoying the property and working on the house.
