TG 1860 overheating

Hi all,

I have a TG1860 that overheats often. For this size tractor the workload is quite light, no heavy bush just lawn. I took the thermostat out and I used a radiator flush but it will still overheat after 45 minutes of mowing. Any suggestions

Hose the radiator a few times from both sides. Start actoss the top and work down, then blow it from both sides with copressed air and repeat until the water runs totally clean all over. The start it and run until the radiator is fully dry (do this stationary). Tg's dont run hot normally. Put a tgermostat back in it too. The bypass hoses isnt blocked when there isnt a thermo so you loose coolant flow.
