back to thank everyone for their help ! had 88 people take alook at my motts mower problem and stumped them all ! so went back out to the garage and took another long look at my problem ! was able to finally able to see what was wrong and I fixed it ! so everyone who looked, thanks ! you made me take my time and work through my problem ! made me realize I wasn't so dumb and with help, I could do this ! love this place !!!!!!!

all I was trying to say was, thanks ! I have had people on this website that have helped me with problems, I think that's great ! sometimes, maybe you don't ask the right way, or explain your problem correctly ! but if people here can help, they do ! that's why I come here ! was just saying, sometimes you have to use your owe head, and work through it. this place has helped me do that ! makes you a better person ! was not a slam on anybody ! just a sincere thank you !
well don, then let me tell everyone here, I sorry ! when you do get some help, you what to run out and see if it works ! sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't ! I never got back on here and complain to anyone, when their ideas, didn't work, just thought, hey, they tried ! so I did try and thank everyone, for their help ! just a new guy here, guess theres just a lot of rules here to learn! i'll try and do better !

So would you like to share your fix with the rest of us, so someone else won,t have to go thru the same aggrevation to come up with a solution to the problem ? It,s great that you found a fix, but this place is a lot about sharing the info, to help others. Maybe you could post the problem and the fix in the same thread so it will be easy to find when someone does a search.
ok, hear we go again ! this started when I read gordo55's thread, restoring a motts fail mower. his thread was awesome, very well written, and presented with pictures ! took his thread, word for word, out to the garage, and used it to fix my mower ! I was so happy, I got back on here and thanked him ! had a couple of other nice folks give me more suggestions ! all great ideas, again I got back on here and thanked them ! I thought this was a bunch of good old boys, helping other good old boys ! I think if your going to comment on someones post of the day, maybe, one should research the whole post, or thread ! how can u comment on something, when you just see the post of the day !!! I have been thanking people for weeks ! getting more complaints over dumb ****, then good ! if someone writes a thread and it helps you, and you take time to thank them for their help ! isn't that the whole purpose of this site !! thank you all !!!!
