Hello,
Thank you all who replied to my post.
I think now I have some answers and will contact a local dealer for the value of this Kubota tractor.
My sisters and I almost made a big mistake that could have cost my family a lot of money. We are also going to look into hiring someone out near his land to clear the weeds.

Good for you young lady! Don't be allowed to be taken advantage of. Take your time, check around with different dealers, etc. It may even be beneficail for you to list what you have here, post it alol, under the classifeid section. You may fair pretty good.
