OK guys, I have been lurking for several months now and it's time to come clean. I have a '48 Massey 22 that was my only tractor for the last three years.
Since all I'm doing is growing pasture for the sheep, and two daughters in college, there was no money for Daddy's toys. I made do the old way. 5 foot disk, 2 row planter, broadcast spreader and a bush hog.
Well, both are graduating next month and I'm sick and tired of doing it the old way. Maybe just tired.
There is a new 3215 with FEL and BH supposed to be in my driveway this afternoon.
It took me a long time to make up my mind but with all the info there was here, it became clear that a Mahindra was the way to go. That hard for a guy who was probably 12 before he knew a tractor could be any color other than green to say.
Thanks for all the posts. They really helped me in making my mind up.
I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can.
