As some of you folks might remember, a few weeks ago I sent out a "please help" with some problems with my Woods 9000 backhoe, not thinking that any dealer would respond because they are probably too "busy",the dealer I purchased it from didn't know he put it together wrong, neither did I. Well, not only did Rick respond with a "give me a call, I can help", but he actually backed it up! I placed the call and he remembered my post and spent the next HALF HOUR with me on the phone ( try that with any others...!)not only curing my ales with the backhoe but even offered to get a hold of some hard to get parts for the DK45 AND SHIP THEM TO ME! I've never met him, so its not like he needs me "puffing him up", but being as active as he is on these boards, i'm just old school and think that good service should be rewarded! So if anybody's listening and your in the market and looking for some equipment, it might make some sense to do a little diligence of your own and give WallaceTractor a call-What have you got to lose?
