You've said a mouthful, Frank! I look around at my beautiful hillside property with a view across the valley of snowcapped mountains, my four wonderful dogs, and the sort of wife that has me convinced I must have done something awfully good in a previous life...and I'm just plain overwhelmed with the goodness of it all!
