Just got back from the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Assoc.) Fly-in/Airshow, the worlds biggest party for things with engines and wings and all kinds of other stuff too. John Deere is a proud sponser of the EAA and had a huge display of tractors and all kinds of neat JD stuff. They also had their tractors--as always--pulling the people trams also lot's of Gators hustling about. Anyway, I just want to thank them for their suppost and also their excellent display of tractors, no combines or really big stuff but all the tractors we talk/argue about were there and others too. I have pics of their huge display but the new Dell here is killing me still--I will try maybe to post some pics.
They had the new X series there, the 4-10 series and like I said tons of stuff and lot's of JD personel on hand to answer questions--no--they were not selling on site---this was just a manufacture/sponser display--and very well done I might add.
Tractors and airplanes--life cannot be any better.
Oh, Ford was there as always too--you should see their "Tonka" concept trucK--F350----my-O-my, what a piece of work. This sucker could squash a AmG Hummer!!!!!!!!!. J
