The best deal ever?

Stopped by my buddy's auto shop the other day and he asks me what I know about Jinmas. Tell him I had a 284 and liked it....blah, blah. He said a local we both know had come in and offered to sell his low hour 254, 4x4, loader,box blade,tiller and gin pole for $3000. I asked "what did you do"!?! He said, "Told him it sounds kind of high, I was thinking more like $1800".....and the guy bites! My moron buddy then asks me if he got a pretty good deal. I tried to assure him he got royally screwed but since I loved tractors I'd lessen the pain of his faux pas and take it off his hands for a small loss :thumbsup:....well, he's not a total goof ball.

Anyone done better on their Jinma purchase? I paid $2800 for my super clean 170 hr. 4x4 284 (w/o fel) but came with bush hog and Deere finish mower and thought I got a unbeatable deal but it doesn't even compare.

Did not do that good but I did buy a new serviced 2003 Jinma 284 with a loader and a 5' King Kutter Finish Mower out the door for $9000.

This was at a 4th of July sale in 2003.

I could only wish for a deal like that. Never happen here, unfortunately.

I got my new 2007 304 Jinma with loader, 5' bush hog and 5' grader box for $11,000, landed on St. Croix. Its been a good tractor for me.

I got my 2008 284 with bush hog landed for 9000us$. I got a real good deal, I ordered it through chinabest products in May 08, had to wait for it to arrive then assemble it. Would I recommend Jinma YOU BET. But to score a used one like that :thumbsup: well thats just not fair (for me) :laughing:
