3-Point Hitch The chain broke, now what

I had access to a JD 2150 tractor this weekend on my place to do some shredding. I noticed that the cotter pin that was holding the main hitch pin along with the piece that allows for the chain adjustment was not in very well. I tried to move it but couldn't. At some point, it gave way and the adjustment chain on the right side broke. The anchor piece that was in place on the main three-point hitch pin was lost and the chain broke.

What are these parts called and can I order a new chain and "locking piece" for the 2150 somewhere online?

Please post a photo. I don't remember any factory chains on JD 2150 3 pt hitch.

If it had sway chains, they were added, 2150 uses sway blocks, not chains.
