Hi,
I’m the new guy. I haven’t posted a lot here. Heck, I don’t take delivery of my first JD for another 4 weeks.
But I have noticed something that is really lacking on this board.
WOMEN!
This is obviously not the place where girls would go meet new friends but…
Let’s be serious, Tractor guys are a little weird.
Shouldn’t there be a thread for girls to talk about us?
A place for the woman we love, to vent.
My wife (god love her) says that when the new 60” deck comes in it’s gonna cut into her in house cleaning time by 40%(her number-not mine). She counts on me being on the seat to be the time that I’m out of her hair.
The more time I’m out there the more she gets done inside.
She used to count on me being out mowing. That’s when she would cook, bake, paint her pictures and clean.
And do all the stuff I don’t notice for several days, like where the heck is my check book!!!
Anyway, any thoughts on a “broad” thread???
Love,
The CT Pilgrim

Oh believe me there are women that do pay TBN a visit. /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif

For I been busted more than once by my better half at home also at work, checking out the replies that fellow TBNer's sent to me. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif

Far as venting..yikes..this is one of the many reason I enjoy TBN very little venting, for I get enough of that..oops..that was meant for you my dear..wuv you /w3tcompact/icons/love.gif..if your checking. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

I agree and I vote to leave it that way.

I believe "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it!"

Just make sure you expand the amount of acreage that you cut by 40%, then she should be happy as a lark. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

I bought a zero turn Dixon mower so I would not have to do so much trimming. The wife tried it out and it is her mower. I haven't had to mow much in the last seven years, she gets her seat time in on the Dixon. At least I don't get in trouble anymore for mowing down the flowers. Nothing raises the ire of a woman like mowing down her flowers ( they looked like weeds to me). So my motto is if it doesn't move-paint it. If you run it up the flag pole salute it. If it looks like a weird weed leave it the h#$% alone.
