Here she is...my first tractor and I love it. What a nice feeling to own a piece of equipment that is not only good looking, but extremely functional.

Lookin' good. The loader seems real far out in front - do you have supersteer? What kind of projects are on tap.

A nice machine indeed. You will enjoy it!

You will now need to upgrade that 5' KK to cover your tracks /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Which loader is on it? 32LA/LC/MSL?

How many hats did you get w/yours? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah...the 5 footer is definitely too small. The price was right....free from my father.

Any suggestions for a good rotary cutter?

I knew there was something I wasn't getting with the deal....no hat /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Oh well....I must have beat him up too bad on the price.

No supersteer....regular 4WD. It's the 32LC loader. There's definitely some room between the tractor and loader....which is fine by me.

Projects:
Mowing my 50 acres of fields (they're overrun with redbrush and goldenrod)

Gravel and earthmoving (I'm renovating an old farmhouse)

I'd like to get a big tiller for the back so I can make some feedplots in the field. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

32LC loader? Is it self leveling? Just curious as my TN75 I bought last year has a 32LA. Looks like they put a NH decal on the loader too - maybe this is the diff between LA and LC /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I bought a Brown 484 RC - It is a hog too. I have put it thru heck racking up most of my 1st 50 hours using it with the TN to reclaim old pasture. It will cut locust up to 4-5in dia, privet clumps that would feed a goat family for a year /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif and about anything else in its way. It has a HD deck and gearbox and was the best spec'd and least expensive 7' I could find. Time will tell how good it really is, but I am cuirrently very satisfied with it.

I'll bet you could stop back by dealers and tell them you forgot their hat and p/u a few on them. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

There are several other TN75 owners here too. Andy is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on my purchase over a JD.

Also received some great advice on my 1st 50 hour service from another NH tech on this forum. Watch the oil filter when you go yto change it, if you do your service. They have gorilla's putting those suckers on and the oil cooler located right below wants to come off with it the first time.

You made a great choice though in the TN.

Feel free to PM me anytime if you have any questions, but I can tell you the knowledge base on this forum far exceeds mine /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Give us an update after you have had a chance to use it.

For a cutter I would get a big one.
I have a bush hog 286 and it is great, very well built and stands up well even to 3" trees.
Problem is its way to small. MY TN70D is also overkill for this little mower.

If i had to do it again I would get a bush hog brand but at least 10 feet, maybe even a batwing.

There are a lot of differnces between the 32LA and LC. The ones I noticed are the round support tube between the arms on the LC, the LA had a square tube, the mounting brackets on the tractor are a flat piece of steel the loader hooks over on the LC, the LA had a C channel bracket that the loader sat into and was pinned on. The LC has a bolt that needs to be loosened to remove the loader while the LA only needed two pins pulled. Last that I have noticed is that the jack stands are completely different. The LA had two stands attached to the loader, one on each arm and you had to fold them down and extend them out and pin them to hold to remove the loader. The LC has a tube stand if I recall right that is attached to the loader when needed. All in all, I have not used the LC but from what I have noticed I do not see where the LC is better then the LA. I think it will be more of a hassle to remove then the LA but I have not tried one yet to know for sure. Let me know how the LC loader comes off and if you can get some pictures of the mounting bracket, jackstand and tube between the loader arms and post them and I will take pics of my loader arms on the LA so everyone can see the difference. Take care.
