Yeah... I will likely add some boards for sides because stacking is becoming a pain. The wife already had a stack fall, and I have to agree with the extra effort to get the ends just right.

I added spaced boards on mine like a corn crib so I could stack against them but have good air flow. I had a bunch of salvaged cedar from a deck. It's a good use for salvaged lumber. You often find people trying to get rid of used pressure treated decking.

The pictures don't show it, but the bottom boards are actually spaced with 1 1/2 to 2" of gap between them.

I don't try to move them full. The wood goes in an oversized 'light materials' bucket I have for the FEL. They are on skids to move around empty to different places I'm thinning or clearing.
