There\'s got to be a better way!!
Hello All,
I need advice or maybe enlightenment /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. I have about 5 ac of land that I want to clear. I have asked about this before but here is the layout. The area is reasonably flat but somewhat rutted by trackloader work a few years past. The ground is littered with small log pieces left over from burn piles and rocks from golfball size to about the size of a basketball. The area is choked by waist to neck high weeds. This makes the ground and whats on it invisible. I am reluctant to buy a bush blade just to hit rocks and tear it apart or damage the gearbox. or sling deadly rocks. I bought a DR string trimmer to clear with and while it works it is very tedious and time consuming. Any suggestions? I have a Kubota 175 and would buy the implement(s) I need within reason. Or is this a hire out job? Any advice is appreciated.
