Well after many years of reliable service that my old mig weld gave me, i finally had to replace it. So after lots of reading and searching, I decided to go with the 211i. It seemed to be about the best machine for the buck. I was looking at a miller 252 but also wanted a base arc for in the shop. So that is why I went this route. I have used the welder for about 10 hrs so far and I love it. It burns pretty much anything a guy wants. Been using the arc more than the mig part so far but I like the versatility of it. Haven't invested in the tig portion yet but once feasable I will. I would recomend it to others looking for an interter unit that are on a budget. It ended up costing 1480 taxes in(can). Ill have to post some pictures of it next time im in the shop.
