Thinking about Selling L185

I have a L185DT 4x4 that I am considering selling. My property where we are building has to many hills and the narrow stance of this tractor is not safe.

I have the wheels on my 3130 set at the widest and still must be careful in most places.

The L185 has 850 hours and in very good condition. I will also sell a 4' bush hog and 5' scrape blade with the tractor, both are bush hog brand.

Excellent little tractor, great for a garden or to bush hog a couple of ac.

Thinking about asking $5000-$5200 for it. Does this sound about right?

The attached photo is not my tractor but mine looks the same except I have flashers on the fenders and a rear work light.

Check with tractorhouse.com and check their listings; there maybe some in your state to compare prices?

Well it sold in less than 4 hours. I will delivery it this week.
