don't remember name right off, but they do make a "post / fence" mower. that operates off of 3pt hitch, or from the belly of a tractor. granted that is all this given mower does, is for fence lines / posts.

front mounted, possibly mounted to front of regular city / township / county road trucks. were a snow plow might be mounted.

and everything is right there at drivers reach and eye sight!

They have one called a Billy Goat mower, works really well.
