The picture showing a half missing ROPS has been cropped. Just look at the first picture in the description. The cropping left off the top of the exhaust and the top of the ROPS. If you look closely, you can see the entire ROPS in the reflection in the tach/hour meter picture. I will wager that the ROPS did just what is was supposed to.
