Yeah... I had a 1450 that I traded in for the 3235... had the 44" deck, 42" blower, tiller, dozer blade, 3 pt. hitch, PTO mounted generator.... but I can't complain, the 2 cylinder 25 horse kohler is no comparison against the old 14 hp (except in gas mileage!).

I know what you mean by watching and waiting... too bad MTD (or another aftermarket company) didn't make any adapter's for the old wide frame stuff to mount up. I could have probably gotten by with a 2000 or 2500 series, but you know once you have the hydro lifts there's no turning back :D

Woody, Last summer I bought a bagger attachment for my cub tractor (2500) from small engine warehouse. Now I realize it's not a snowblower, but, they advertised it as a scratch and dent. What I received from them was a completely mint condition bagger, just as good as what would come from the dealer. What was scratched and dented was the box the bagger came in, the contents inside were perfect. I knew I was taking a chance and that possibly the bagger would be incomplete but all the parts were there, including the instructions for assembly and mounting, even new mower blades, even though they specifically said no mower blades were included.

I've actually ordered from them twice now, and have not had any problems with the products. I find they are very conservative in how they represent thier goods. Hope that helps!!

I totally agree. I bought a hydraulic tiller for the 3000 series from SEW couple years back. They said that it didn't have the instructions or hardware package but those were underneath the tiller after I unloaded it. I would buy from them again. Don't know where you are located at, but if you have a chance to go to Small Engine Warehouse, DO IT! They have a huge selection of L&G stuff. They buy out leftovers from dealers and big boxes, so you never know what they'll have. When I was leaving after picking up the tiller, a load of push mowers came in. 20ft trailer crammed full with the mowers on edge, front down, and a few on top. Easily 100+ push mowers:eek: .

I broke down and ordered on of these from SEW on Monday. We have had so much snow here in IA that I just cant move it with a blade alone on my GT 3235. According to tracking I should have it tomorrow, I will post a review (and some pics) once I get it installed. Now knowing my luck the snow will stop for the season. Oh well it will be a small price to pay for warmer weather!!!!!

Recieved the Blower from SEW last Wednesday. After ordering it on Sunday night it shipped that Monday morning (now thats good service). Was in very good shape when it arrived (small dent on the lip on the left side). There were two issue.
One - It was missing the "small parts kit" that contain the bolts, spacers, etc to attach the arm the has the blower chute controls - a quick trip to Home Depot and I was set.
Two - The rod and bracket for the chute rotater was missing and damaged. I ordered the parts from Cater Grunwald and got them yesterday ($38 w/shipping)

So I had to spend all of $50 bucks in parts and got the blower for 1/2 off list price. An absolute steal, I WILL be keeping an eye on their website for more deals (I would love a tiller for my GT 3235)

The best part is we got 6" of snow Tuesday night and I had to clear the drive twice yesterday (lots of blowing drifting out in the country). I have 350' of drive. The blower ate thru 4' dirfts with no problems whatsoever, it was a joy to run....heck I'm hoping for more snow so I can use it a few more times this season!!!!!

Congrats on the blower!

I bought my 3225 with the 45" blower in January. It's an amazing machine. We had a wet, heavy snow about 6 inches deep and it easily threw the slop from one side of the 2.5 car wide driveway completely over the other side.

The down side is that my driveway isn't very big and it takes only a few minutes and my 4 yr old walk-behind is more than adequate. I did suggest that we could move the house another 150 feet from the street, but my wife didn't seem to think that was the best choice, so I'm thinking that I'll look for someone who wants to buy the whole deal while I save up for a Johnny Bucket or maybe trade just the blower for the 54" blade.
