Thoughts on 755 for sale

There is a 755 for sale near me. It is 4wd and hydro. It has a FEL and a backhoe. 580 hours.... I don't know the year. The price is $9750. Sounds like a good deal to me. I haven't seen it but with only 580 hours I wouldn't suspect it to be in too bad of shape. Your thoughts welcome!

I think it's within an acceptable range. I bought my 755 for a similar amount of money and it came with the loader, belly mower, rear snow blower, dozing blade and a soft sided cab.

Overall the machine was in ok shape. Looks like it was used for snow removal for a couple years and has a couple minor rust issues but other then that it runs like a top.

If it's the right size machine for what you want to do, it sounds good. You indicate you haven't seen it yet, so I'm guessing no photos either? It's all about the degree of care the machine was given. I've seen photos of some with low hours that were downright ugly from the way they had been abused. In fact, a coworker had a 755 that I wouldn't have wanted because he abused his so badly.

The 755 got the 70 loader and the 7 backhoe. I'd love to get one of the hoes for my 755, but they're scarce used and were pricy new-about $8K with the subframe and hydraulics last time I inquired. It's the combination of the tractor and the loader/backhoe that make the price attractive.

What do you intend to use the tractor for?
