Thoughts on the B3350

I currently own a New Holland T1110 AWD. Great little tractor I plow about 2 miles of road and 10 -15 driveways each snow, plus many other assorted tasks to include loader work some rototilling and of course the lawn.

Started looking at Kubota the B series 2650/3350. The 26 is about the same as what I own now, so the thoughts go toward the 3350. Prices are all over the place, online at Kubota the list for what I am looking for is $32,700 for a 3350. Loader, mower, 60inch bucket, blade and hydraulics. Found one in GA for $23,000 bucket box blade, bush hog and 16ft trailer. Either the add is FUBAR or there is some latitude in pricing.

My wish list includes:
ROPS model
FEL 60 quick hitch
Power angle 60 inch blade
72 inch mid mount mower
Hydraulics third function and spill guard and angulation kit.

My NH has a separate dozer blade and frame for plowing, I like the idea of the FEL with a Quick Hitch blade


From those who own one (B3350) pros and cons, major issues? and I understand a Diesel Particulate Filter is now part of the mix. Can this be deleted without using a program?

I had to make the choice between the two and decided on the 2650 , my salesperson said it was smart choice due to the dpf etc.. I don't know of anyway to delete it. I am very happy with the 2650 .

Everything I've seen suggest Kubota's selling price is typically 10-13% lower than MSRP. The base price on the B3350 is ~22K. So let's assume $19.5K for the tractor. That leaves ~3.5K for a box blade, brush hog, and a trailer...Seems possible....

The B2650 and B3350 are near identical except for the engine (the 3350 gets a couple different tire options, but that's it). So if you think the 2650 is about the same as what you own now, the 3350 will be more or less the same too. If you're looking for bigger/heavier, might need to look at an L model.

To me the 2650 is the sweet spot. The 3350 is a heck of a lot more expensive and has the Tier IV final emissions garbage. You end up paying more money for 7HP and a lot of hassles.

I have the 2620 and use the heck out of it. Looked at at 3350 for 27,900 with 60 hours that dealer took back because of dpf problems this winter. Nice tractor but opted to pass upgrading until kubota solves dpf issues. I don't want to get stuck in the Middle of a snow storm with a dpf issue.

Oh well. Bought the 3350 (used) that has had the new mods made to the dpf. Hopefully it works out !
