I took out my b7500 today and the three point hitch is not responding to the control lever. The lever is moving like it has nothing attached to it but the linkages are connected. I moved the joystick around for the loader to see if it was interfering and when I applied down pressure a hydraulic hose burst on the loader. Well, if you have any ideas what is going on please give me a response. Gotta go clean some fluid off.
TIA,

Noticed that the drift pin had come out from the linkage to the tractor. That should be the 3 point problem/

Installing a pin to connect the three point linkage did not fix my problem. I had the hose for the loader repaired and topped of the hydro fluid, but the 3 point still doesn't work. I also tried several different positions for the knob that adjusts the speed and depth for the 3-point located in the center in front of the seat. The FEL is working properly, and I cycled the boom several times. Any ideas why this isn't working and what I can do about it would be greatly appreciated.

The hose that failed. Was it the green one or the gray one?

Hi Kubmech,
The hose is the upper right side to the joysticks four quick disconnects if facing the tractor front towards the back. It is the lower hose on the boom arm of the four disconnection hoses. When I lowered the boom after it blew it sprayed fluid out the bursted hole, which was where the fitting attached to the hose. So, I'm thinking it is the down hose.
Thanks for the replies,

I hauled it into the Kubota hospital. The doc said he would have to do some exploratory surgery and let me know, Ill post what the cause of this failure turns out to be.

According to the service guy, they had to pull the Cover over the three point stub. Then he said that the shaft and the detents had a problem when the pin for the lever fell out. Sounds wierd to me, but I have it home and it is now working. Thanks for the help Kubmech.
