Three Point not working on Kubota L1501 ac

I have a problem with the electrical portion of the valve for the three point hitch. It has been switched over to a toggle switch versus the Japanese labeled knobs on the dash. Everything was working fine until the other day. The manual button works to raise the implement and push button valve will lower it. I'm getting 12 volts to the wiring from the switch so it is getting power close to the valve. I'm not sure what all of the sensors are back there, it looks like there is one for an upper limit and one goes through the control arm.
