Tier IV Final Tractors?

Curious if any of the Chinese have tier-IV final tractors, yet. This has been a rocky transition, but if there's an upside, I think some of the tractor brands may get out of the business, or get out of the American market. It's bad news for their dealers and customers, but good news for competitive brands and their dealers.

The Northern Tool & Equipment (NorTrac) website has models listed with Chinese EPA IV engines, so that is an affirmative.

Judging by the pricing and looking under the hood, I think they're still interim Tier-IV compliant, not final. Curious if someone could confirm.
