Tiller and Mower of YT-359?

What would be suggest tiller and mower for this machine?
I am thinking a 8' flail mower and a 7'-8' tiller. Does that sound about right?

any specific ones suggested?

Dad is getting a new Yanmar, but doesn't want to give up his old Kubota L2550dt because his tiller and to a lesser extent, his brush hog wont fit well with the larger Yanmar. I'd like to get my hand on the Kubota because I am in the market for something like it, and I intimately know the history of that tractor. I am hoping if I offer him new attachments, he might be willing to trade me.

eta: looking at the hp requirements for the larger tillers, maybe a 7' model would be better.

I have a YT347 and it easily pulls my 5 foot tiller and mower. I壇 say a YT359 should be able to easily pull 7 foot tiller and mower. 8 foot implements might be a little bit of a stretch IMHO. Always better to have a smaller implement than something too big.

Have you asked the Yanmar dealer what they recommend?

Looking in my operators manual for YT359 section 4-2 implement capacity under mower listed are( rotary -cutter 72inch),(finish mower 84 inch)and (rotary tiller 74inch)

My YT359 with filled R-1 tires measures only 64 inches wide.

You are correct,overall width with R-4 per ops manual is 70.6 inches

What weight cutter? I have a Bush hog that weights in at 1100lb and is 72 inches and am interested in the 359c

You might also consider the benefits and rotational difference a flail mower can bring to your use. I gave up brush hog mowers years ago as I always felt they were trying to kill me or destroy inanimate objects nearby. Too much throwing things around and out from under the deck. I pull a FALC CAT 1500 with ease running "J" grass blades. That is 6 ft. when centered, more than the wheel width and offers hydraulic offset.
