Tiller vs flailmower

Just a small question for a small tractor. I have a b5000 kubota 9hp and it is able to pull a 90cm tiller.

Would i be able to use a 90cm flailmower? I would think of yes, but it seems that all the mowers require 12hp+ and that sitmowers have around 15 to 20 hp?

You will be at about the least hp for a flail mower that is just a bit under 3 foot... But if you are not trying to process (cut) heavy brush or move too fast it should be able to handle it okay... I ran a 4 foot (122cm) Mott flail with a Farmal Cub F rated at only 10 hp. KennyV
